Arctic Circle USA DBA The Madden Corporation (TMC) accepts returns on items damaged in the shipping or delivery process by a TMC service provider or have a manufacturing defect. Damage and defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
All Returns must be pre-authorized by the Account Executive. Any exceptions to the Return Policy must be approved by Vice President of Sales or Vice President of Marketing.
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed in the following manner:
If a return is received in the warehouse, and it has not been audited/authorized by an account executive, manager or executive prior to the return, there will be a 10% (of the total return) restocking fee charged to the customer.
Cancelled Purchase Order (P.O.)
A purchase order is a legally binding contract committing the customer to purchase goods as stipulated on the P.O. Therefore, any request to cancel a P.O. requires the signature of the VP of Sales or VP of Marketing.
If an order with a P.O. is cancelled prior to delivery date, 10% of the total canceled order will be charged to the customer as a restocking fee.
If an authorized product is ordered and rejected at the time of delivery, 10% of the total order will be charged to the customer as a restocking fee if the order is not canceled within 10 days of the initial delivery date.
Requirements for a Refund
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Media items (for example, movies, music,) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
Shoes and clothing must be unworn
Seller Returns Policies
Items valued at over $100 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service.
If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $100, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you did not use a trackable method to return, or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under The Madden Corporation guarantee.
Jewelry & Collectibles
Items from these categories with a value of $100 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Jewelry items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item, and the reason for return is not a result of a TMC error in processing the order, shipping damage or manufacture defect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose the U.S. Postal Service option, the amount that will be deducted from your refund is displayed. If you choose the self return option, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
About Exchanges & Replacements
You can exchange or replace an item through your Account Executive if your return meets the return criteria and the item wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn't subject to a restocking fee and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed.
Exchanges for a Different Size or Color
This option is available for apparel, sports, shoes, jewelry, belts and purse items that have a size or color variation.
The exchange item must be:
- A different size or color than the return item
- Shipped and sold by The Madden Corporation
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly upon receipt of goods. However, it may take 2-5 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
The Madden Corporation may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by your Account Executive or a Customer Service Associate in writing.
If your refund doesn't appear in your account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
