Our Customer Service Department is open, Hawaii Standard Time (HST) 8:30AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday.  We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.  If you leave a voice message during the weekend, you will receive a response the following business day.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:

The following deadlines are listed below to guarantee delivery by Christmas:

** To insure on-time deliveries for Christmas, please place your orders by 12/15/2022 5PM HST **

All inquiries and orders received these days will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. (Restrictions may apply on heavy or large items)

Standard Shipping charges:
15% of invoice total
Shipping charges are based on net sales after discount(s) applied.

A $25 Packaging & Shipping Processing Fee will be applied to new accounts that do not use Island Heritage Freight Services.

Orders Will Ship Within 3 - 5 Days due to enhanced COVID-19 packing procedures
Orders are shipped out of the Honolulu Warehouse within 36 business hours following the receipt of the order (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM EST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped within 36 hours of the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders shipped will arrive within 4-14 business days.

How do I Track my Order?
Orders may be tracked by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an order status email.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We will gladly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS.
Note: We are currently unable to ship Perfumes and Colognes to any address outside the United States.

International Shipping
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, carriers are having a hard time fulfilling shipping requests to customers due to travel bans or no available air traffic. You may experience delays due to these issues so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.

At this time, we will not be able to fulfill any orders to Australia / New Zealand due to COVID-19 restrictions.
International packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most International Packages are taking anywhere from 15 additional days up to a month to deliver due to carrier issues. This is out of The Madden Corporations hands once it leaves the Continental U.S.; we are no longer able to track the packages. Please plan accordingly when you place your order. Customs and duties are not included in the international shipping fee. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. Any package refused or sent back to us will be refunded the balance once all customs, taxes and shipping charges have been paid by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply based on weight and size of package; this includes Australia and New Zealand. You will be notified if additional shipping costs are due prior to shipment.
